This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”.
To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation.
This beautiful apartment decorated with stucco marmorino combines style and comfort and, at the same time, preserves part of the original charm of the building with high ceilings and large windows that give access to a beautiful terrace. The apartment has A/C and heating throughout the apartment. There is also Wi-Fi for guests who need internet access.
The living/dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Its large windows lead to the terrace where you can enjoy meals outside or a bottle of local wine.
In the dining room there is a rustic round table with matching chairs, and a double sofa bed for watching TV, a DVD or just relaxing. In case you decide to eat at home, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment has three double bedrooms with large closets. The first bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is also equipped with shower.
